Lots of Guide and Forum Work Done 1-13-2020

Still lots more to come but getting a good start on it so far.
-Reworked a few of the guides
-Adding lots more guides today
-All will be posted in discord channel guides to link you to the exact forum post with it
-Reworked site a bit
-Added more increments of Donator tokens on ::store, 50 and 100 worth with a bonus amt of tokens included.
-Made a web banner for our RSPS pages and advertisement
Bunch of ingame content fixes and updates coming very soon, just been working and focusing on our web and forum presence and remolding it to be a bit more professional and appealing.
